Engine Brand & Model: HGN14 Engine Data How to check the battery: ◇Remove the adhesive tape and ventilation opening cover. ◇In accordance with the level indication to fill electrolyte in each cubicles of the battery body. Electrolyte is a kind of pure sulphuric acid used for recharging. Its specific gravity is 1270 G/L (1230 G/L in tropical region). Its temperature will be around 15℃ when it's full on recharging. ◇After the batteries get full, please keep for 30 minutes-1 hour, and check the level of electrolyte, fill it up again if necessary. ◇Cover the ventilation opening, and clean the spilled electrolyte. Caution: All the batteries will lose electricity after a period of time, even stored well. Cold weather will also impact their performance. ◇In order to make the batteries work well, it's necessary to check the capacity of them and recharge ( 3 hours at least.) When their storage time is over 8 months or need work at low temperature, recharge is needed. Use acid liquor safely: It is normal to use acid liquor to clean weilding parts or spare parts. The following are some advices when to use acid liquor: ◇Avoid to touch skin, eyes and clothes ◇Be away from flammable resources, spark and fire when make rusting process ◇Don't let the acid liquor flow onto concrete floor because it will rot lime of concrete. If the acid liquor is flow onto concrete, please put some lye to neutralize. ◇Acid liquor will react with some metals and form some gas. Generally speaking, it will be formed carbon dioxide if acid liquor touch with concrete and metal cover, which is normal. But it will produce some toxic and exploding gas when acid liquor touch with aluminium, zinc, sulfur, etc. So when use the acid liquor, please keep well-ventilated and avoid unnecessary injury. ◇Please seal the bottle cover after using acid liquor and store it into suitable place. 120 KW Biogas Generator – Complete Technical Guide, Specifications, Applications & Industry Overview
The 120 KW BioGas Generator is a medium-capacity renewable energy system designed to convert biogas produced from organic waste into stable electrical power. It is widely used in agricultural biogas plants, wastewater treatment facilities, landfill gas recovery systems, food processing industries, and distributed energy networks.
As global demand for clean and sustainable energy continues to rise, the 120 kW bioGas Generator Set plays a key role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and transforming waste into valuable energy resources. It provides reliable electricity output while supporting circular economy models and carbon reduction goals.
This system is engineered for continuous operation, high efficiency, and stable performance even under variable biogas quality conditions.
A 120 KW biogas generator is a combustion-based power generation system that uses biogas as its primary fuel source instead of diesel or natural gas.
Biogas is typically produced through anaerobic digestion of organic materials such as:
Animal manure
Agricultural waste
Food waste
Sewage sludge
Industrial organic residues
| Component | Percentage |
|---|---|
| Methane (CH₄) | 50%–70% |
| Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) | 30%–50% |
| Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) | Trace amounts |
| Moisture | Variable |
The generator converts methane energy into mechanical energy and then into electricity via an alternator.
The operation of a 120 kW biogas generator system follows a structured energy conversion process:
Organic waste decomposes in anaerobic digesters, producing methane-rich gas.
Impurities such as H₂S, moisture, and siloxanes are removed to protect engine components.
Pressure and flow are stabilized for consistent combustion performance.
The engine burns biogas in a controlled internal combustion chamber.
Mechanical energy drives the alternator to produce 120 kW of electrical output.
Waste heat can be captured for heating or process use in CHP systems.
