How to replace AC alternator belt:
◇Take off fan cover;
◇Take off the 6 pins which are used to fix the fan on the pulley, then take off the whole discreteness;
Be careful: Please take care when we take off the fan, and ensure not to mangle the radiator.
◇Loosen the bracket of alternator and adjusting screw. Take off the used belt, examine there is not any oil stain in the wheel groove, then fit on a new belt;
◇Fit on the fan, fasten the pin and adjust AC alternator belt to be a proper tightness, then fit on the fan.
How to examine the absorber of crankshaft:
There is a poise of absorber in a container which is full of liquid. The poise can move in the container to limit the torsion shaking. Checking the absorber whether there is any flute, breach or liquid leaking. If there is any one of them, the absorber must be changed.
The absorber is assembled in the crankshaft, it is in behind of the belt cover which is in front of engine. About how to change absorber, please consult "Operation Manual".

50/60 Hz 30 KW Biogas Generator: Complete Technical Guide for Renewable Energy Systems
A 50/60 Hz 30 KW BioGas Generator is a dual-frequency renewable energy power generation system designed to convert biogas into stable electrical energy. It is widely used in farms, wastewater treatment plants, food processing facilities, and small industrial energy systems where organic waste is available as a continuous fuel source.
Unlike conventional fossil fuel generators, this system operates on biogas produced from anaerobic digestion of organic materials such as livestock manure, agricultural residues, food waste, and sewage sludge. The inclusion of 50 Hz / 60 Hz dual-frequency capability makes it suitable for global markets, ensuring compatibility with different regional power standards.
The 30 KW output capacity places this generator in the small-to-medium power range, making it ideal for decentralized energy systems and on-site electricity production.
What Is a 50/60 Hz 30 KW Biogas Generator?
A 50/60 Hz 30 KW biogas generator is an engine-generator set specifically designed to operate using methane-rich biogas fuel while supporting both major global electrical frequencies.
It converts chemical energy into mechanical energy through internal combustion and then into electrical energy through an alternator.

What Is Biogas?
Biogas is a renewable gaseous fuel produced through anaerobic digestion of organic materials.
| Component | Percentage Range |
|---|---|
| Methane (CH4) | 50%–75% |
| Carbon Dioxide (CO2) | 25%–45% |
| Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) | 0%–3% |
| Water Vapor | Saturated |
| Trace Gases | <1% |
Methane is the primary energy carrier responsible for combustion.
Working Principle of 50/60 Hz 30 KW Biogas Generator
The generator operates through a multi-stage energy conversion process.
Feedstocks are collected from agricultural or industrial sources.
| Feedstock Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Livestock Waste | Cow manure, pig manure |
| Agricultural Waste | Straw, corn stalks |
| Food Waste | Restaurant leftovers |
| Industrial Waste | Food processing residues |
| Municipal Waste | Organic household waste |
| Sewage Sludge | Wastewater treatment solids |
Microorganisms decompose organic matter in oxygen-free environments.
This produces methane-rich biogas over time.
Biogas is stored in gas holders or buffer tanks to ensure stable supply.
Raw biogas is cleaned before use:
Hydrogen sulfide removal
Moisture separation
Particle filtration
Pressure stabilization
The engine burns biogas and converts it into mechanical energy.
The alternator then generates electricity with stable frequency output.
