How to clean the radiator:
Examine the radiator, check whether there is any broken for thermal fin, and if there is any eroding, dust, hexapod, leaves, oil dirty or other scraps; If it is necessary, clean the outside of the thermal fin.
WARNING:
While use the high pressured air to clean, please ware the protection veil and protection clothes.
The biggest pressure of injection nozzle should not be less than 206KPa(30 psi); Use high pressured air to clear the impurity, the air flow orientation should be opposite to the fan blowing. The distance of nozzle and thermal fin is about 6mm(0.25 inch), so that the air flow is parallel with the pipe. Moving the nozzle slowly, and the dust between pipes will be cleared. It is also possible to clear the thermal fin via high pressure water flow, and the biggest pressure should be not less than 275KPa(40 psi); the distance of nozzle and thermal fin should not be too close, or it will break the thermal fin. Use the high pressure water flow to intenerate dusts, and clean it from two side.
About oil clearing, we can use oil remove and steam, then use washing power and hot water clean from two sides of thermal fin. After that using eau douce to clean the themal fin, start the engine, make it running at high speed and without load. It can make the engine washed parts to be dried fastly. Then close the engine and use a light to check the cleanliness condition, if not, it could be cleaned again.
Examine the thermal fin whether there is any broken and check the jointing, installation, connection and pressurizing condition. If necessary, it must be repaired.
Move and hoist generator set:
◇Advice to use hemp rope, so that it can aviod to damage genset

◇Don't hoist equipment over height
Excess alcohol and medicines:
As for any operator or other persons, who is not allowed to operate generator or stay around genset in the situation of drinking alcohol or have medicines.
Fire prevention:
Please take good fire preventive measures according to the local law and regulations. The fire extinguisher should be easy to get to. Emergency lamp and safe exit should be designed according to the national fire preventive requirement.

50 KW Biogas Generator: Complete Guide to Renewable Energy Power Generation Systems
A 50 KW BioGas Generator is a renewable energy power generation system designed to convert biogas into usable electrical energy. As industries, farms, municipalities, and wastewater treatment facilities seek sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions, biogas generators have become a valuable technology for reducing dependence on fossil fuels while managing organic waste efficiently.
Biogas is produced through the anaerobic digestion of organic materials such as livestock manure, food waste, agricultural residues, sewage sludge, and industrial organic by-products. The gas typically contains methane, carbon dioxide, and trace gases. Instead of allowing methane to escape into the atmosphere, a biogas generator captures this energy source and converts it into electricity.
A 50 KW biogas generator is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized renewable energy projects. It provides stable electrical output while contributing to environmental protection, waste reduction, and energy independence. These systems are increasingly used worldwide in agriculture, food processing, wastewater treatment, and decentralized power generation applications.
What Is a 50 KW Biogas Generator?
A 50 KW biogas generator is an engine-driven power generation unit specifically engineered to operate on methane-rich biogas fuel. The generator converts the chemical energy contained in biogas into mechanical energy through combustion and then transforms it into electrical energy using an alternator.
The system can operate continuously when supplied with a stable flow of properly treated biogas. Depending on the application, a 50 KW biogas generator may serve as:
Prime power generation equipment
Continuous power supply system
Backup power source
Combined heat and power (CHP) unit
Off-grid energy solution
Distributed energy generation system
The 50-kilowatt output capacity is ideal for facilities that require reliable electricity generation from renewable energy sources while maintaining manageable operational costs.
Understanding Biogas as a Renewable Fuel
Biogas is one of the most versatile renewable fuels available today. It is generated through biological processes and can be continuously produced from organic waste streams.
Gas Component
Percentage Range
Methane (CH4) | 50%–75% |
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) | 25%–45% |
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) | 0%–3% |
Water Vapor | Saturated |
Trace Gases | <1% |
Methane is the primary combustible component responsible for energy generation.
